2. Nature of the information on the website

The information on the website, including descriptions of products and services, photos, visualisations and technical parameters, is for information purposes only. It does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Polish Civil Code, but an invitation to enter into negotiations within the meaning of Art. 71 of the Polish Civil Code. We do not publish prices on the website.

The scope of work, parameters, deadlines and terms of cooperation are agreed individually – in a quotation prepared for a specific project and in the contract. The appearance, colours and dimensions of finished products may differ from those shown in photos and visualisations. Our terms of sale are set out in the General Terms and Conditions.

3. Copyright

The content of the website – texts, photos, visualisations, drawings, graphic elements and the layout of the website – is protected by copyright (Polish Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights) and belongs to Aspera Sp. z o.o. All photos and visualisations on the website are the property of Aspera Sp. z o.o.

Copying, distributing, modifying or using these materials, in whole or in part, in particular in advertising and publications, requires our prior written consent – except where permitted by law (e.g. quotation with the source stated). You can request consent at biuro@aspera.com.pl.

4. Trademarks and projects for clients

Names, logos and trademarks shown on the website, including in photos of projects carried out for our clients, belong to their respective owners. We show them for information purposes only, as examples of our work. Their use does not mean that the trademark owners endorse our services or that we have any relationship with them other than the completed order.

If you own a trademark or material and would like us to remove or change how it is presented, please write to biuro@aspera.com.pl.

5. Liability for content

We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but it may contain inaccuracies or change without notice. Only the terms set out in the quotation and the contract are binding. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the consequences of decisions taken solely on the basis of general information on the website or for temporary interruptions in its availability.

6. Links to other websites

The website may contain links to websites and documents of other parties (e.g. manufacturers, partners, social media). We have no influence on their content or data processing practices and are not responsible for them. Their operators are responsible for those websites.

7. Contact forms

The contact forms are used to send enquiries about our products and services. When using them:

• please provide genuine contact details – without a phone number or e-mail address we cannot reply,
• do not send unlawful, offensive or advertising content (spam) or files that infringe the rights of third parties,
• attach only files in the formats indicated in the form (JPG, PNG, PDF) and within the permitted size.

Sending a form does not conclude a contract. We protect the forms against spam with a hidden anti-spam field. The processing of data from the forms is described in the Privacy policy.

8. Personal data and cookies

9. Governing law and disputes

The use of the website and these terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are settled by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of Aspera Sp. z o.o. This does not apply to consumers – for them, jurisdiction is determined by the general rules, and mandatory consumer protection provisions remain unaffected.
